DESCRIPTION

The Husqvarna 242i is a powerful, reliable battery chainsaw ideal for frequent firewood cutting, occasional felling, and garden clearing. With increased chain speed and optimised torque, it delivers excellent cutting performance for tougher jobs. Max Torque Technology provides consistent power and helps prevent the chain from getting stuck during cutting.

Stepless speed control allows easy adjustment for different tasks, while the intuitive keypad ensures simple operation. Low noise and vibration levels enhance comfort, and the lightweight design makes handling and manoeuvring easy.

An automatic shutdown function turns the saw off after 180 seconds of inactivity to help preserve battery life. Part of Husqvarna’s flexible 36V BLi-X system, one battery can power multiple compatible tools. (Cuts per charge tested on 20cm logs.)
